Appointment Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Patient,
Please be aware of the Urgent Care at Home cancellation policy. This policy is in place in order for us to provide efficient care to all our patients. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice significantly limits our ability to make that appointment available for another patient in need.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
In the event you need to reschedule an appointment, 24-hour notice is required to avoid a late fee.
A “no-show”, “no-call” or missed appointment without proper 24-hours notice will be assessed a $25 fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
You will receive an appointment reminder via text or email one day prior to your appointment. If you do not receive a reminder, the cancellation policy will still play.
Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of the patient from the practice.
