Urgent Care at Home offers at-home visits for patients living in Johnson and Wyandotte counties. Telehealth calls are available for all Kansas residents.

Decide whether you prefer an in-person visit or a virtual consultation and choose the appropriate location from the drop down menu. Then just select a convenient time slot that fits into your day.

Provide any required information to ensure seamless care coordination. Settle any initial dispatch fees securely using any electronic payment method.

Interested in a group sports physical clinic?
We offer on-site group sports physical clinics to students and players at your school or club facility. After setting up our fully equipped mobile exam room, providers will complete exams and all required state, club or school specific paperwork on site. Athletes leave fully prepared to participate in their desired activity. No extra appointments required.
What WE Don’t Treat
At Urgent Care at Home, your health and safety are our top priorities. While we offer care for a wide range of non-life-threatening medical conditions, there are some situations that require immediate attention in an emergency room setting.
We don’t treat life-threatening emergencies or conditions requiring immediate medical intervention, such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or loss of consciousness. In these instances, it’s crucial to seek emergency medical assistance immediately by calling 911 or visiting the nearest emergency room. Currently, we treat patients age 18 months and older.
