  • No problem. Simply email us and a provider will reach out with other potential appointment times.

  • Right now, we're not part of insurance payer programs. So, while your healthcare visit isn't covered by insurance, it might be HSA/FSA eligible under your plan. Additionally, any medication prescribed by your provider may be covered by insurance.

  • Absolutely.  We offer on site group sports physical clinics for groups of 10 or more students at your school facility.

  • We keep things simple and secure by handling all payments electronically through our electronic medical record system. Before we get started, we'll ask you to sign a financial agreement.

  • Yes! Tell us your preferred pharmacy and we’ll handle transferring your prescription at no charge.

  • Urgent Care at Home takes your privacy seriously. That's why we use a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record system to safeguard your health information. When you visit us, we'll provide you with a copy of the HIPAA document to ensure you understand your rights. HIPAA, or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, protects your personal health information, whether it's stored electronically, on paper, or shared verbally. Plus, our team undergoes yearly HIPAA training to ensure your information remains confidential and secure. Your trust means everything to us.

  • We offer at-home visits for patients living in Leavenworth, Johnson, Miami, and Wyandotte counties. Telehealth visits are available for all patients in the state of Kansas.
